Glorify LLC, doing business as Inspired Edge Group ("Inspired Edge Group," "we," "us," or "our"), operates Forge. This page explains how to request deletion of personal information. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
If you are a church member or donor
Your information in Forge is controlled by the church or ministry that uses Forge — they decide what is collected and retained. Please direct deletion requests to your church directly. As their service provider, we will assist them in fulfilling verified requests.
If you are a Forge account holder (church admin)
To delete your account and the associated data, or to close your church's Forge workspace, email us at the address below with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include the account email and church/organization name so we can locate it.
We will verify your request to protect the data, and confirm when deletion is complete.
Connected accounts & integrations
If a third-party account (such as a payment, email, or social integration) was connected to your Forge workspace, you can disconnect it in the integration settings, which revokes our access and removes stored access tokens. To delete any data we cached to provide a connected feature, email us as above and reference the integration.
What we delete and when
Upon a verified request, we delete or de-identify the personal information we hold, typically within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required to meet legal, accounting, or audit obligations (including giving/financial records churches are required to keep), resolve disputes, or prevent fraud, and delete it when no longer needed.
