Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forge, the church operations platform provided by Glorify LLC, doing business as Inspired Edge Group ("Inspired Edge Group," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By accessing or using Forge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services & accounts

Forge provides church management and operations tools, including people and household records, giving, care, events, messaging, operations, and reporting. You are responsible for your account credentials, for the accuracy of your information, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your church or organization to enter into these Terms.

3. Your data

The data your church stores in Forge ("Church Data") remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process Church Data solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and notices to collect and process information about your members, donors, and staff, and for your use of the data. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, under which we act as your service provider/processor for Church Data.

4. Subscriptions, giving & payments

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Online giving and payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe), including via Stripe Connect for routing funds to your church; your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms. Except as required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services unlawfully or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts/data;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services;
• infringe others' intellectual-property or privacy rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Forge platform, including its software, design, and content (excluding Church Data), is owned by Glorify LLC (d/b/a Inspired Edge Group) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services per these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, GLORIFY LLC (D/B/A INSPIRED EDGE GROUP) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glorify LLC (d/b/a Inspired Edge Group) from claims and expenses arising from your Church Data, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Term & termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Services or others. Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your Church Data as described in our Privacy and Data Deletion pages. Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.
