What if we lose data?
We don't lose data. Our process includes three verification stages: pre-migration validation, test imports with sample data, and post-migration audits. Every single record is accounted for. If anything seems off, we roll back and fix it before going live.
How long does it really take?
We plan migrations in a 2-6 week window, with 4 weeks as a typical target. Where you land depends on your data complexity and how much time your team can give it — a single-campus church with clean records moves faster than a multi-site with fifteen years of history in three systems. We'll scope yours before you commit to a date, and we work at your pace—no rush, no pressure.
Do we need IT staff?
Nope. Our migration team handles all the technical heavy lifting. Your admin team mainly needs to approve the data mapping and run a few tests. If you have IT staff, they're welcome to oversee, but it's not required.
Can we keep using old tools during migration?
Absolutely. You can run both systems in parallel during weeks 1-3. We'll map the final data cutoff together, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This gives your team time to get comfortable before fully switching.
