Our Story
We built Forge because we needed it ourselves.
Forge didn't start in a VC pitch room. It started in a church office — with a team buried in spreadsheets, juggling four software subscriptions, and watching care requests disappear into email threads.
We kept asking: why doesn't a single tool exist that connects people, giving, events, care, operations, and communication — the way a church actually works? So we built one.
The problem isn't the people. It's the tools.
Church staff are some of the hardest-working professionals we know. They shouldn't need five apps, three logins, and a spreadsheet to do their job.
Disconnected data
Your people database doesn't know about their giving. Your events don't connect to your volunteers. Your care team can't see attendance trends. The data exists — it just doesn't talk to itself.
Death by admin
Hours every week spent copy-pasting between tools, manually building reports, chasing status updates over email. That's time that should go to ministry, not maintenance.
Per-person pricing traps
Most church software charges more as you grow. That's backwards. Your church growing is the mission — your tools shouldn't punish you for succeeding at it.
What we believe
Principles that shaped every line of code
Built for churches, not adapted for them
We didn't take a generic CRM and slap a cross on it. Every feature in Forge was designed from scratch for how churches actually operate — from Sunday morning check-in to Wednesday night small groups.
Transparency over tricks
No hidden fees, no gotcha pricing, no vendor lock-in. Your data is always exportable. Our pricing is public. We pass through third-party costs at cost. If we can't earn your trust, we don't deserve your business.
Unified by design, not by duct tape
When your people, giving, events, care, messaging, and operations share one data model, everything gets smarter. Reports are instant. Automations actually work. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Growth should be celebrated, not taxed
Flat pricing. Unlimited people. Unlimited contributions. Your software bill doesn't go up just because God is blessing your church. Period.
Where we're headed
Forge is launching in beta — and that's intentional. We're building this alongside the churches who use it, not behind closed doors.
Founding Church Beta
A small group of founding churches are helping us shape the final product. They get locked-in pricing, direct access to the team, and real influence over what gets built next. This is the most involved and impactful time to join.
General Availability
Once our founding churches validate the core workflows, we'll open Forge to everyone. But founding church pricing and benefits won't be available after this point.
Platform Expansion
Deeper integrations (QuickBooks, Zapier, ProPresenter), expanded AI capabilities with Solomon, multi-language support, and an open API for custom workflows. The roadmap is shaped by real church feedback, not guesses.
Limited availability
Become a Founding Church
We're accepting a limited number of churches into our Founding Church program. You get early access, locked-in pricing for life, and a direct line to the team building Forge.
In return, we ask for honest feedback, real-world usage, and the kind of partnership that makes great software.
No commitment required to apply. We'll schedule a call to see if it's a fit.
