Forge — Church Operations Platform

    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: June 11, 2026

    1. Introduction

Glorify LLC, doing business as Inspired Edge Group ("Inspired Edge Group," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company, operates Forge, a church operations platform available at forgehq.io and app.forgehq.io (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Services.

    2. Our role: controller vs. processor

Forge is used by churches and ministries (our "Customers"). The information a Customer stores in Forge about its congregation, members, households, donors, and staff (its "Church Data") belongs to that Customer. For Church Data, the Customer is the controller and we act as a service provider / processor, processing it only on the Customer's instructions to provide the Services.

For our website visitors and for the account information of the church administrators who sign up, we act as the controller, as described below.

    3. Information we collect

    • Account & billing data: name, email, role, church/organization, and billing details for administrators who set up and pay for Forge.
    • Church Data (processed on a Customer's behalf): member and household records, contact details, giving and donation history, care notes, attendance, events, volunteer and staff/HR information — handled per the Customer's instructions.
    • Payment information: for giving and subscriptions, collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment-card numbers.
    • Usage data: device/browser information, IP address, and site usage collected via cookies and similar technologies.

    4. How we use information

    • To provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services
    • To process subscriptions and facilitate giving/donations
    • To provide support and communicate about the Services
    • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We process Church Data only to provide the Services and per the Customer's documented instructions.

    5. Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Forge, we collect your name and mobile number to send you account notifications, reminders, and occasional product updates. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For the full program disclosure, see our SMS Terms & Conditions.

    6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under contract, including:

    • Supabase — application database and backend hosting
    • Stripe — payment processing and Stripe Connect for church giving/payouts
    • Email and messaging providers (such as Resend and Twilio) for transactional communications
    • Other providers strictly to deliver features the Customer enables

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety, and in connection with a business transfer subject to this policy.

    7. Security & retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations; audit records are retained by default and are configurable per church.

    8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to opt out of marketing. If you are a member or donor of a church that uses Forge, your information is controlled by that church — please direct your request to them, and we will assist them in responding. For account holders and website visitors, contact us using the details below.

California (CCPA/CPRA) and EEA/UK (GDPR) residents have additional rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. See our Data Deletion page to request deletion.

    9. Children's data

Churches may store information about minors (for example, children's ministry records) as the controller of that data; we process it on their behalf and per their instructions. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16 through our public website.

    10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
