    Integrations

Forge connects with the tools your church already runs on so your data flows without duplicate entry. Integrations are managed by admins from Settings > Integrations.

    What connecting does

Forge is built to be the single home for your people, giving, and operations. Integrations extend that home by linking Forge to outside services you keep using. Connecting a service lets data move between it and Forge — for example, keeping a calendar in sync or sending messages through a provider — so your team isn't re-entering the same information in two places.

You connect only what you need. Each integration is optional, and you can manage them from one place in Settings.

    What you can connect

These are the services Forge connects with. Availability varies, so check the status shown in Settings before you rely on one.

    • QuickBooks Online — sync financial data so giving and your books stay aligned, without re-keying figures.
    • Google Calendar — keep Forge events and your team's Google Calendar in sync.
    • Microsoft 365 — keep Outlook and Teams calendars aligned with Forge.
    • Twilio (SMS) — send SMS reminders, alerts, and notifications to your congregation.
    • Email — send transactional email such as receipts, confirmations, and notifications.
    • Google Workspace — let your team sign in with the Google accounts they already use.
    • CCLI and SongSelect — sync song catalog and licensing information for worship planning.
    • Zoho CRM — connect contact data with Zoho.
    • Webhooks — send Forge events to other systems you run.

    How integrations are managed

Most integrations follow the same pattern. From Settings > Integrations, an admin finds the service and connects it, signing in to the outside service and granting Forge permission. Some integrations, such as calendars, then let you choose what to sync and in which direction.

Setup details differ from one service to the next. For a specific service, follow the prompts shown when you connect it in Settings rather than assuming the steps match another integration.

    Tips

    • Connect integrations as the need arises rather than all at once. Each one is optional.
    • Integrations are an admin task. If you need one connected, ask an admin with Settings access.
    • Calendar integrations often support two-way sync. Decide whether you want changes to flow both directions before you finish setup.

    Common questions

Do I have to connect anything to use Forge? No. Forge works on its own. Integrations are there for when you want to keep an outside tool in step with your Forge data.

Who can set up integrations? Admins manage integrations from Settings > Integrations.

An integration I want isn't listed. What now? The available services change over time. Check Settings > Integrations for the current list, and reach out to Forge if you don't see what you need.
